Y2J is at the age of 55, where he is long past his prime years. Therefore, it would be better if he remains with the light schedule of AEW instead of WWE’s tough timetable. This way, The Demo God would be able to give a few more years to passionate professional wrestling. Meanwhile, an intense schedule might burn out the former AEW World Champion in WWE.

WWE has a stacked lineup of top stars. It includes names such as Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, and Randy Orton. In the Stamford-based promotion, he has been a 4-time World Champion, a multi-time United States Champion, and a multi-time Intercontinental Champion as well.
In fact, Y2J has even main-evented WrestleMania as well already. Therefore, there is nothing left for Chris Jericho to achieve in the sports entertainment juggernaut. It might result in The Demo God losing significance in WWE due to a lack of motivation or personal growth. Meanwhile, Jericho was doing a good job in AEW as a good heel in the company.
