Seth Rollins has been embroiled in a heated feud with his former faction, The Vision. The Architect faced Bron Breakker at Backlash, but was defeated. The Visionary is outnumbered against the heel group on his own. He has found allies in The Street Profits, but tensions between the two parties have made it difficult to get on the same page.
Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford have made it clear that they don’t trust Rollins, and they are only after the World Tag Team Championship currently held by Austin Theory and Logan Paul of The Vision. The Architect needs a genuine ally who could help him neutralize the heel faction’s numbers advantage.
Thanks for the submission!
If Bronson Reed returns soon, the babyfaces would be put at an even greater disadvantage. That said, an unexpected return could lead to Seth Rollins finding an ally against The Vision. In a shocking possibility, Baron Corbin could come back and join forces with Rollins against the heel faction.
Multiple news outlets have reported that Corbin could be on his way back to WWE. The Lone Wolf departed the global juggernaut in November 2024 after his contract expired. He could return and be placed in the Seth Rollins vs. The Vision storyline.
Baron Corbin has a history with Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker
Corbin and Rollins were once involved in a heated feud over the Universal Championship in 2019. The rivalry was personal and also involved Rollins’ wife, Becky Lynch. Given their history, an alliance between them might sound unconvincing, but that’s where The Lone Wolf’s history with Bron Breakker comes into play.
Corbin and Breakker went from being rivals to tag team partners in NXT and even won tag team gold. The Wolf Dogs became one of the most beloved tag teams in the developmental brand, and fans wanted the duo to continue teaming up on the main roster as well.
The Dog of WWE has gone on to become a top star on RAW. The Lone Wolf might not be a fan of how his former tag team partner has been acting and his alliance with Paul Heyman and Co. Therefore, Baron Corbin could decide to beat some sense into Breakker.
The 41-year-old could find himself standing side by side with his former rival, Seth Rollins, in the process. The alliance would also help Corbin immediately feel relevant again if he returns. Instead of quietly reappearing in the midcard, he would step directly into one of RAW’s biggest ongoing storylines.
Since his departure, Corbin has reinvented himself outside WWE under the Bishop Dyer name and competed across multiple promotions. The company may decide to capitalize on The Lone Wolf’s return hype and insert him into the program between Seth Rollins and The Vision.
That said, this scenario is only based on speculation. Nothing has been confirmed regarding Baron Corbin’s WWE status as of now. However, if the company does bring him back, pairing him with Seth Rollins against The Vision could end up being an entertaining direction for everyone involved.
