The Bloodline is one of the most successful factions in WWE history. During the group’s peak, it was draped in gold, having world titles and the tag team titles of both brands. The Samoan stable is on its way to reclaim its previous dominance, and they have a plan in motion.
Roman Reigns is the current World Heavyweight Champion, and he wants Jey Uso to win the King of the Ring Tournament and bring the Undisputed WWE Championship to the faction as well. That said, let’s look at the individual history of current members and their success as singles superstars.
Thanks for the submission!
Here are five current Bloodline and the number of times they have been in a world title match. Note that it only includes televised title matches.
#5. Jey Uso
Jey Uso has competed in 12 world title matches during his WWE career. His first major singles run came during the pandemic era while Jimmy Uso was sidelined with an injury. During that period, Jey challenged Roman Reigns twice for the Universal Championship before eventually joining The Bloodline.
The next chapter of his singles career began after leaving the faction. Jey challenged Reigns once again before moving to RAW, where he established himself as a main-event star. He received multiple opportunities at the World Heavyweight Championship, facing names such as Damian Priest and Gunther.
After several unsuccessful attempts, Jey finally captured the World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Gunther at WrestleMania 41. He went on to defend the title multiple times before eventually losing it.
Since then, Jey has continued to remain in the world title picture, adding several more championship matches to his résumé and cementing himself as one of WWE’s top singles stars.
#4. Solo Sikoa
Solo Sikoa has competed in two world title matches during his WWE career, though he has yet to win a world championship. Both opportunities came during his time as the leader of The Bloodline. After Roman Reigns went on hiatus following the loss of the Undisputed WWE Championship, Solo took control of the faction and set his sights on Cody Rhodes.
His first title shot came at SummerSlam 2024. However, the match ended in disappointment for Sikoa after Reigns made his return and targeted his former enforcer. A few weeks later, Solo received another opportunity against Rhodes in a Steel Cage Match on SmackDown. Once again, he came up short.
While the results did not go his way, the title matches showed how highly WWE viewed Sikoa at the time.
#3. Jacob Fatu
Jacob Fatu has only been in WWE since June 2024, but he has already established himself as one of the company’s top stars. So far, The Samoan Werewolf has competed in two world title matches.
His first opportunity came at Backlash 2026, where he challenged Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship. Fatu pushed the champion to his limit but was ultimately unsuccessful.
He received another shot at the title at Clash in Italy. This time, the two rivals met in a Tribal Combat Match. Once again, Fatu fell short and was unable to dethrone the OTC.
Although he is yet to win a world championship, receiving two title matches within a relatively short period highlights how quickly Fatu has risen up the card. Few superstars have entered WWE and reached the world title picture as rapidly as he has.
#2. Jimmy Uso
Unlike his brother Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso has never received a world title opportunity in WWE. The two brothers spent most of their careers together as one of the most successful tag teams in company history. While Jey eventually branched out into singles competition and established himself in the main event scene, Jimmy’s singles run was not fruitful.
As a result, he never found himself in a match for a world championship. With Jey currently pursuing another singles push and Roman Reigns encouraging members of the faction to chase more gold, it will be interesting to see whether Jimmy eventually gets his first shot at a world championship.
#1. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns sits comfortably at the top of this list with 178 world title matches. The OTC is one of the most successful superstars in WWE history and has spent the majority of his career in the main event scene.
Reigns broke through as a singles star in 2014 and was immediately pushed as a top star. Since then, he has remained a constant presence around the global juggernaut’s biggest championships.
The Head of the Table has won seven world titles during his career and has headlined numerous Premium Live Events. Unlike most superstars, Reigns has rarely spent significant time away from the world title picture. Whether as a challenger or champion, he has consistently been involved in the company’s biggest matches and storylines.
