Luigi Mangione ‘Copycat’ Arrested for Making ‘Threats’ Against Blue Cross Blue Shield After Medical Claim Denied | The Gateway Pundit

Luigi Mangione copycat Briana Boston

A Florida woman was arrested for making threats against Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Briana Boston, 42, in a call with Blue Cross Blue Shield, echoed UnitedHealthCare CEO killer Luigi Mangione as she argued over a denied medical claim.

In the phone call, Boston said, “Delay, deny, depose. You people are next,” after her medical claim was allegedly denied.

Detectives investigating the assassination of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson uncovered shell casings bearing those same three words: Deny, Defend and Depose.

Boston was charged with written threat to kill or injure – conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism, according to the arrest affidavit.

The 42-year-old, who told investigators that she does not own any firearms, is facing 15 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.

Fox 13 News reported:

A Lakeland woman who police say was upset over a denied insurance claim was arrested after police say she made threats against Blue Cross Blue Shield.

According to the Lakeland Police Department, in a recorded call with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Briana Boston was heard saying, ‘Delay, deny, depose. You people are next.’

Police say she made that statement during a call about recent medical claims that were denied.

The phrase, “Deny, delay, depose,” began trending last week after those words were found on shell casings from bullets used to kill UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson as he walked to a conference in New York City.

When police went to her Lakeland home, they said she admitted to making the statement and apologized.

Boston said she used those words because they are in the news now, adding that she learned of the phrase because of the events surrounding the murder of a UnitedHealthcare CEO.
