Biden and the Democrats are still flooding the country with illegal aliens during their final days in power in an apparent attempt to undermine Trump’s mass deportations and secure border policy.
Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam, host of the Law and Border series, posted new footage Monday afternoon showing a large group of illegal aliens walking up a ramp to be transported into the United States by the Biden Administration.
“They had a group the same size at 5 AM and another group the same size at 8 AM and it happens every day!” says Bergquam.
These illegals are using Biden’s CBP One app, which has become the “primary vehicle” for mass illegal immigration for so-called asylum seekers, according to the National Immigration Forum. Mexico’s government has even been busing migrants to the US border to get them to CBP One appointments. As The Gateway Pundit reported in June 2024, over 1 million illegals have been allowed into the US through so-called “legal” means with the CBP One App and the CHNV program.

Bergquam showed a sign that directed “non-citizens without appropriate documents for admission” to “use the CBP One mobile app to schedule an appointment.”
Bergquam further called on House Speaker Mike Johnson, the House, and the Senate to “grow some balls and do their job.”
“Do your damn job. That’s all the American people ask. Stop the invasion,” Bergquam said as he showed the ongoing invasion.

Bergquam and his colleague, Oscar Blue Ramirez, discovered the illegals traveling from Tijuana during the eighth and final stop on their “CBP One Mexico tour.” Bergquam and Ramirez joined Bannon’s War Room last week with an update on their investigation of illegal immigrants using CBP One to gain entry into the United States.
“Every single one of them has CBP One going through. They also have heavy cartel activity,” Bergquam said, also explaining how the federal government has made the process “more clandestine.” ” Instead of having them go wait on the bridge to where everyone can see them and you can see them as you’re walking across the bridge, they are giving them concierge service,” says Bergquam. “They’re coming then picking them up. They’re having them come to a specific time, immigration is picking them up, and then they’re driving them across and handing them over to Border Patrol.”
This also comes as the Biden Regime auctions off massive amounts of unused border wall materials, starting at just $5 for each piece of over 260 sq. ft. of steel, that has been sitting in the Arizona desert since Biden took office. Every day, an amount of materials that could build up to half a mile of wall are being transported north to be sold, according to border patrol agents.
President Trump released a statement Saturday, slamming the Biden Regime’s hypocritical promise to ensure a “smooth transition” as they waste massive amounts of money to sabotage Trump’s agenda.
“Joe Biden keeps talking about a smooth transition and unified government, and yet he races to sell desperately needed border wall for pennies on the dollar. It will cost the U.S. a fortune, and time, to get the exact same wall to replace what has been sold, and the new wall will cost triple the price. It is CRAZY, and must be stopped,” said Trump.
