A horrific video captured a man sitting on a bench and watching as a woman he lit on fire inside an F train in New York City burned to death.
The woman was asleep on the train as she was lit on fire by the suspect at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.

As she was engulfed in flames, the man sat calmly on a bench and watched as she died.

Police believe that the man was sitting across from her on the train while she was napping and that he got up and tossed a lit match at her.
The man left the scene and remains on the loose.
The New York Post, which obtained the video, reports:
A transit cop walked by the open door, and seemed to pull out his radio and say something as his continued down the platform.
After the cop walked past, the suspect — who police say stands about 5-foot, 6-inches tall, weighs around 150 pounds and is about 25 to 30 years-old — got up as if to walk away before the clip cut off.
The suspect was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, jeans, brown boots and a dark knit hat with a red band, the NYPD said.
Police extinguished the fire, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Liquor bottles were laying around the victim, though it wasn’t clear if they played any part in the blaze,” the Post report adds.
A $10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the killer’s arrest.
