Mel Gibson on Trump’s Arrival in California: “It’s Like Daddy Arrived, and He’s Taking His Belt Off” (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit

Academy Award-winning actor Mel Gibson responded to Trump’s visit to Los Angeles, California, on Friday, comparing it to a good ‘ol fashion ass whooping that you won’t find in a liberal household.

“It’s like Daddy arrived, and he’s taking his belt off, you know? So I think he’ll get some results here quickly,” Gibson told Hannity while discussing Trump’s efforts to save the state from incompetent Democrat leadership.

Gibson: This confluence of events coming together, there are those who say, ‘Hey, they must have done it on purpose.’ I won’t go that far. I think they certainly facilitated, you know, it goes out to all the other residents. You meet people all the time who’ve lost their homes, and, you know, you talk and commiserate and buck each other up, and everyone’s putting on a brave face. They’re a good bunch out here. I’m glad Trump’s here at the moment.

In Los Angeles, where wildfires are still ravaging the area, Trump met with local officials and promised to help California by signing an executive order to open water valves and “waive all federal permits” to rebuild the area.

Democrat state and local government leaders left critical aquifers empty, causing local firefighters to lose water and leaving the wildfires near-unstoppable.

Trump has chosen Gibson to be one of his Ambassadors to Hollywood, along with Sylvester Stalone and Jon Voight, The Gateway Pundit reported.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump dished out the spankings on Democrats.

In a roundtable meeting with Los Angeles Democrat Mayor Karen Bass on Friday, Trump called out Bass for the city’s sluggish response in allowing evacuated residents to return and rebuild their homes after the devastating wildfires.

Trump also destroyed Democrat Representative Brad Sherman’s defense of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), arguing that state governments, not federal bureaucracy, should take matters into their own hands rather than waiting for federal incompetence.

Trump’s home, and he’s giving discipline to the out-of-control Democrats for the next four years.
