After the historic return of Donald J. Trump to the US Presidency, and the subsequent dismantling of the USAID-CIA tentacles around the world, it was widely expected that things would start to change in Brazil, yet another conservative country fallen prey of a socialist government.
But even the most optimistic did not expect things to proceed so fast: the tyrant Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes seems to have lost his evil superpowers.
He is backtracking the blocking of social media accounts for dissident voices and has re-authorized the video platform RUMBLE to operate in Brazil.

But that’s not all: Brazilian diplomats have warned the Supreme Federal Court about the risk for Minister Alexandre de Moraes if he travels to the United States.

“The [Brazilian] government believes that Moraes could be the target of an unexpected decision by American authorities, driven by supporters of Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
‘Any federal judge can order his arrest if he sets foot there. They want revenge on Alexandre’, an aide to Lula told the report. According to this source, any arrest of the minister would be interpreted as ‘a great victory’ for sectors that defend freedoms and could trigger strong international repercussions.”
The concerns are intensified by the Supreme Court political persecution of former President Jair Bolsonaro, which is being condemned in the US press.
Alexandre de Moraes has become infamous for his order blocking the social media platform in Brazil and the relentless persecution of opponents of Lula da Silva’s government, including congressmen, senators, and journalists.
His tyranny became so notorious that U.S. Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar proposed a bill in the U.S. Congress to block the entry of Brazilian officials accused of violating the freedom of speech of American citizens.
Other signs tell of a weakening Justice Moraes, as he began a fast unblocking of social media profiles from people censored since the rigged 2022 elections.
The profiles were unblocked on the eve of the arrival of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, which started a fact-finding mission on Brazil yesterday (9).
To top it off, the video platform RUMBLE was also re-authorized to operate in the south American country, after being banned for not deleting the accounts of people that Justice Moraes wanted to censor.
Rumble, a US company is now fully operational in Brazil.
