The 2025-26 college football season kicks off in earnest this Labor Day weekend with a full slate of games from Thursday to Monday, highlighted by three top-10 matchups, including Texas at Ohio State, LSU at Clemson and Notre Dame at Miami.
With that, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of every uniform, logo and field change that has taken place across the country this offseason, which we’ve broken down by conference and will continue to share as kickoff approaches.
We’ve already taken a look at the ACC, American Conference, Big Ten, Big XII, Mid-American Conference and Independent programs, so now we’re shifting our focus to the SEC and Sun Belt before wrapping up the series tomorrow with Conference USA and the Mountain West.
SEC
Arkansas
Rather than retire his number, the Razorbacks will honor former running back Darren McFadden – a two-time Heisman Trophy runner-up – by having players who are currently in the No. 5 wear a patch that features his initials and silhouette, including senior defensive tackle Cam Ball and freshman wide receiver Ja’Kayden Ferguson.
McFadden’s No. 5 will also be displayed inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium next to retired numbers for former halfback Clyde Scott (No. 12) and offensive lineman Brandon Burlsworth (No. 77). It will be unveiled during Arkansas’ game against Texas A&M on Oct. 18.
Auburn

After 18 seasons with Under Armour, the Tigers switched to Nike this offseason. There were no significant changes to their uniforms with the move, though the “Tigers” wordmark on their front helmet bumper has returned to the Copperplate font and the “Auburn” wordmark on the jerseys is slightly bigger on the Vapor F.U.S.E. template than it was in previous years.

The Tigers have also signed a five-year deal with YellaWood Pressure Treated Pine that will place an advertisement on the 25-yard lines at Jordan-Hare Stadium. They’ve added “Pat Dye Field” above the YellaWood logos, as well, as the playing surface has been named in honor of their late Hall of Fame coach since 2005.
Florida
The Gators have revealed their full uniform schedule, which includes seven different combinations and is highlighted by the return of their 1960/70s throwback uniforms for their Homecoming game against Mississippi State on Oct. 18.
The Gators previously wore these uniforms – which feature orange helmets with an interlocking “UF” on the sides, blue jerseys with white and orange UCLA stripes and white pants with orange and blue stripes down the sides – in their 2021 Homecoming win over Vanderbilt.
Mississippi State
The Bulldogs made some minor tweaks to their maroon home and white road uniforms alongside their move to adidas’ latest template, which includes adding a script “State” to the collar, thinner stripes on the sleeves and pants and a new state outline above the player’s nameplate.
Mississippi State will also have five helmet options this season, including maroon, white and black script “State” options, as well as maroon and white lids with an interlocking “MSU.” The black helmets will be worn with new all-black uniforms, which follow the same design as their home and road looks, though it’s unclear when they’ll debut.

Ole Miss
For the third season in a row, the Rebels unveiled new alternate helmets that feature a Realtree camouflage pattern. Whereas previous versions were light blue and white or navy blue and white, this year’s helmet features a gray and white base with red “Ole Miss” decals, blue and red stripes down the center and a gray facemask.
The helmets, which could be worn with their navy blue home, red alternate or white road jerseys, will debut against South Carolina on Nov. 1. Ole Miss is 2-0 in the Realtree helmets, including wins over Texas A&M in 2023 and Oklahoma in 2024.

The Rebels will also wear a helmet decal this season in honor of late defensive end Corey Adams, who was killed in a shooting just outside of Memphis in July. He was entering his freshman season after enrolling in classes this winter.
South Carolina
After wearing larger decals on their 1980 throwback uniforms last season, the Gamecocks have also increased the size of the primary logo on their standard white helmets. It’s unclear if (though likely that) the change will impact their garnet and black alternate helmets, as well.
Additionally, South Carolina announced a five-year partnership with Columbia-based Blanchard Machinery that will see advertisements for Blanchard CAT and Blanchard Rental placed at the 25-yard lines at Williams-Brice Stadium.
Tennessee
The Volunteers will honor legendary frontiersman, soldier, politician and folk hero Davy Crockett and the “Volunteer Spirit” with the latest iteration of their “Smokey Grey” alternate uniforms, which will be worn against New Mexico State on Nov. 15.
The anthracite jerseys feature orange stencil numbers and an orange and light gray striping pattern that is inspired by the fringed leather jacket that Crockett wore as he led a 12-man group known as the “Tennessee Mounted Volunteers” into the Battle of the Alamo, where he ultimately gave his life.
That pattern is carried over to the helmet, which features a mountain design in different shades of gray and an orange Power “T” on the sides. The helmet has been a staple of the “Smokey Grey” uniforms since they debuted in 2015, though the center stripe has changed over the years to complement the overall design.
Also, after 12 seasons with Nike, Tennessee announced a 10-year partnership with adidas that will begin next July. The program was originally outfitted by adidas from 1997 to 2014, and while financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, the Volunteers will be considered the manufacturer’s flagship program moving forward.
Sun Belt
Arkansas State
The Red Wolves unveiled a new red chrome helmet this summer that features a script wordmark on the sides. The program has not had a red helmet in its wardrobe since 2020, exclusively wearing black or white lids for the last four seasons.
Louisiana
The Ragin’ Cajuns have updated to adidas’ latest template and while their uniform design remains mostly the same, they’ve added a contrasting collar to their vermilion home and white road uniforms, as well as their fleur-de-lis logo to the base of the collar.
Louisiana also added two new helmet designs to its rotation, including black with the fleur-de-lis logo on the sides and white with a script “Cajuns” wordmark, and installed new turf surface at Cajun Field at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium that displays a state outline behind the wordmark at midfield.
Louisiana-Monroe
After promoting their white P-40 Warhawk-inspired helmets to primary status last season, the Warhawks unveiled a new black alternate helmet that features the star and circle insignia from the body of the World War II-era aircraft.
Louisiana-Monroe also revealed a new gray alternate jersey that places the star and circle insignia on the chest and the shark mouth nose art of the aircraft flown by the “Flying Tigers” on the sleeves, though it’s unclear what color helmets and pants it’ll be paired with.
Marshall
The Thundering Herd unveiled new green home and white road uniforms alongside an update to Nike’s Vapor F.U.S.E. template. They include a traditional striping pattern on the sleeves, a contrasting collar and new number font inspired by Marshall’s wordmark.
The Herd also revealed new matte green helmets, which display their primary “M” logo on the sides and a black and green striping pattern down the center. It’s the first green helmet for Marshall since 2009, though that featured a black facemask instead of white.
Old Dominion
Although they haven’t officially been revealed by the program, a mannequin at a local sporting goods store seemingly revealed that the Monarchs will wear a throwback-inspired “Hudson Blue” helmet that features a strutting lion logo that dates back to the 1970s.
