New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge must have felt proud after her wife, Samantha Judge, completed the 2025 New York City Marathon. Samantha has regularly competed in the NYC marathon over the last few years.
On Sunday, Samantha ran the 26.2-mile course through five boroughs at 12:43 p.m. According to The Post, her unofficial time was 3:32:34.
During this marathon, there was a lively moment captured that is now doing the rounds on the internet. In the clip, Samantha stops her marathon mid-way to kiss her husband, Aaron Judge, before continuing to run again.

Seeing this moment, several fans had hilarious and wild reactions about it.
“WHO JUST HAD A BABY! God is a woman,” one fan admired Samantha for her effort despite becoming a mother this year.
“How is he not mobbed by people,” one fan wrote.
“I would have died if I was in that crowd and saw them 💀” one fan commented.
Some fans also reacted to Samantha waving to Max Fried, who is standing behind Judge.

Aaron Judge and Samantha first met at Linden High School in Linden, California. From there, Samantha attended California State University to study kinesiology while Judge played college baseball there.
They rekindled their relationship in 2019 and got married in Dec. 2021 at the Montage Kapalua Bay Resort in Maui, Hawaii. The couple became parents in January as they welcomed their first daughter, Nora Rose Judge. The Yankees captain wrote in his heartfelt Instagram post:
“1/27/25 Nora Rose Judge 🌸 What an incredible week it’s been, can’t wait for the memories the three of us make.”
Aaron Judge’s wife Samantha helped former Yankee Anthony Rizzo’s wife for marathon
Samantha Judge previously participated in the 2022 and 2023 editions as well. She also helped former Yankees star Anthony Rizzo’s wife Emily, who made her debut in those editions.
“I have gone to her throughout this entire process and asked her a gazillion questions about what the day [of] looks like, what I should be wearing, what headphones, what her training looks like,” Emily said via The Post in 2023. “We’ve ran together as well, and she’s really been a support system for me and given me a lot of good experience advice.”
Anthony Rizzo played his last year with the Yankees in 2024. Judge & Co. went to the 2024 World Series where they were defeated by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
