Teasing Felix Auger-Aliassime & Lorenzo Musetti is pure evil

Fans are finding Novak Djokovic “selfish” since the Serb has still not made up his mind whether he will play in the 2025 ATP Finals at Turin. In the meantime, the tournament has released the draw, and it features Djokovic in the same group as Carlos Alcaraz, Taylor Fritz, and Alex de Minaur.

Despite seeing his name there, Djokovic, who is in the middle of the Hellenic Championships in Athens, let the reporters know that there is no guarantee whether he’ll turn up for the ATP Finals.

“Yes, I saw the draw and groups, but it doesn’t change anything. I will make the decision after Athens,” Djokovic said in a press conference.

Netizens reacted to Djokovic’s reaction and his plans for the ATP Finals participation.

“Arrogant and selfish like always,” one fan reacted.

“This is why even if it’s the best tennis players… I’m not able to root for him ! Only his own self is important ! Putting the other guys on edge, he doesn’t care !” another added.

“So so desperate to keep himself in the news.Playing a 250 owned by his family, with only one possible outcome. Really, poor guy. That’s quite selfish tbh,” one fan commented.

Fans called out the 24-time Grand Slam champion for not yet deciding whether he wants to participate.

“He’s so full of crap! He has all the time in the world to speak up and allow the organisers sufficient time to make alternative plans should he not pitch but he’s going to be coy about it. Such a douchebag,” one fan mocked Djokovic.

“teasing FAA and Lorenzo like this is pure evil,” another fan added.

“He loves being the center of attention. Only way he gets people to still talk about him and Athens lmfao,” one fan wrote.

Novak Djokovic to play Lorenzo Musetti for Hellenic Championship as ATP Finals plans hang in balance

After defeating Yannick Hanfmann 6-3, 6-4 in the semi-final, Novak Djokovic has reached the final of the Hellenic Championship, where he’ll face Italy’s Lorenzo Mussetti, who defeated Sebastian Korda 6-0, 5-7, 7-5 in his semi-final.

More than Djokovic, this tournament is important for Mussetti. If he wins against Djokovic in the Athens final, he will book himself a spot in the ATP Finals as the eighth seed. If not, Felix-Auger Aliassime will get that spot.

Should Djokovic decide to withdraw from the ATP Finals in time, then Mussetti will go to the ATP Finals regardless of the result.
