Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, often makes headlines due to her actions. Continuing with that trend, when Pablo Torre’s ‘Pablo Torre Finds Out’ podcast landed one of the most significant achievements in sports media – a coveted spot on Apple Podcasts’ “Best of 2025” list, Hudson allegedly took shots at the journalist.
Hudson was a frequent subject of Torre’s reporting when Belichick took over the UNC Tar Heels football program. After the podcast announced the honor on social media, Hudson had a sarcastic jab:
Thanks for the submission!
“You’re welcome.”

The message was an apparent reference to Torre’s viral episodes, which delved into Belichick’s UNC tenure, Jordon Hudson’s influence within the program, and the behind-the-scenes tension her presence allegedly caused.

Even Torre has admitted that balancing serious reporting with “algorithm-friendly” content is part of the job. Torre responded on X with class, reminding Hudson that she still has an open invitation to appear on the show.
While Apple honored Torre for his explosive investigation into Kawhi Leonard’s endorsement, not the Belichick-Hudson saga, there’s no denying that those Chapel Hill episodes helped launch PTFO into mainstream relevance.
Bill Belichick supports Jordon Hudson at adult cheerleading competition
Bill Belichick is reeling through a topsy-turvy first season at UNC, but the legendary coach still made time to support the most talked-about figure in his off-field life: Jordon Hudson.
The 73-year-old coach was spotted on Sunday cheering from the corner as his 24-year-old girlfriend made her North Carolina cheerleading debut with Code Black, a competitive squad from Cheer Extreme Raleigh.
Belichick arrived at the event after UNC’s loss to Wake Forest the previous day. He kept a low profile in a gray hoodie while Hudson hit the mat in full competition glam. Hudson, a 2021 national champion, has recently returned to cheering and posted a video earlier this month showing she was back in training.
Belichick has supported her long before the relationship went public. This includes a sighting at a Maryland cheer event in early 2024.
