Thank you, and good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. I’m Robert Chvatal, CEO of Allwyn, and I’m very pleased to welcome you to the Allwyn Capital Markets Update. Today, we want to provide additional details on the recently announced transaction with OPAP and give you deeper insights into Allwyn’s proven strategy and growth levers. Over the last several weeks, we have met with many existing OPAP investors and investors in the gaming sector more broadly, and we see a lot of interest to know more about Allwyn, who we are, what our plans are and what they will deliver and what will allow us to continue to succeed.
