Liv Morgan’s surprise return at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames has seemingly shaken up things in the women’s locker room. Morgan had been out since June 2025, when she dislocated her shoulder during a match against Kairi Sane on RAW. She had undergone surgery and was expected to stay out until next year, and was anticipated to return before WrestleMania 42.
However, the Miracle Kid defied expectations and recovered before time, and made a return at Survivor Series: WarGames. She helped her boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio, beat John Cena for the Intercontinental Championship.

On RAW, this week, Morgan cleared that she was now heading for big things in WWE. She had a backstage encounter with Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer and told her that she was going to go after that title. Morgan also said that she would be fixing things on the Judgment Day, as the heel group went off the track in her absence.

Nikki had recently turned heel, and many believed that she might have an outside chance against Stephanie. However, the Dark Angel was too good against Nikki.
However, after losing the match, Nikki said that she ain’t backing off and it wasn’t the last of her. She hinted that she might once again go after the WWE Women’s World Championship. But Liv Morgan’s return may make things difficult for the two-time Divas Champion.
After the backstage segment between Stephanie and Morgan, it doesn’t appear that the company would move forward with giving a rematch to Nikki. Instead, Nikki might be pushed down the card, and the spot could be given to Liv Morgan.
#3 Roxanne Perez
Liv Morgan’s absence came as a blessing in disguise for Roxanne Perez. She had a short time as one-half of the Women’s Tag Team titles along with Raquel Rodriguez. Roxanne was slowly gelling up with Dominik Mysterio, also, and had Morgan not returned until Mania next year, The Prodigy would have had a good storyline with Dominik.
However, with Liv Morgan’s return, Roxanne Perez can face stiff resistance. Not only does the limelight shift away from her, but Roxanne Perez’s push can also be derailed as long as Morgan is around. The Prodigy can be booked for tag team title bouts, but she ain’t going to be booked for the WWE Women’s Championship match anytime soon.
#2 Former WWE Women’s Champion, Bayley
Bayley was already struggling in the women’s division, with her popularity quite low. She is currently juggling between a heel and a face character, and is succeeding in almost nothing. She did not feature in SummerSlam or WrestleMania this year, which is another reminder that the company may be having big plans for her in the future, also.
And with Liv Morgan’s return, things are expected to get difficult for The Role Model. She is not in any title picture, and it doesn’t appear that she will be given a shot anytime soon. In fact, there are rumors of Bayley making an exit from WWE by next year, when her contract expires.
#1 Lyra Valkyria
Lyra Valkyria can also face the heat of Liv Morgan’s return. The women’s roster on RAW has already top superstars like Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, IYO SKY, Stephanie Vaquer, and Asuka leading the red brand.
And with Liv Morgan returning, Lyra Valkyria can be pushed back. The former Intercontinental Champion seemingly will not be involved in any title picture at the moment.
In essence, WWE will certainly not move in pushing Lyra Vallkyria up the ladder. She might be kept in the mid-card division, and only after she achieves significant experience and popularity, the promotion can think of bringing her into the main title picture.
It’s possible that Bayley can turn heel soon and may enter into a storyline with Lyra. The two former best friends can clash at the Royal Rumble next year.
