Bayley would possibly face backstage warmth because of a serious purpose, in keeping with ex-WWE star

Bayley has cemented her legacy in WWE as one of the best female workers of all time. However, Jonathan Coachman and Vince Russo think that there’s a chance she might face backstage heat due to her recent comments.

Recently, Bayley appeared on Six Feet Under with The Undertaker and spent over an hour discussing various aspects of professional wrestling with The Deadman and Michelle McCool. During this, she revealed that talent no longer waits until the main event of a show and often leaves early.

Speaking on Behind The Turnbuckle Studios’ The Coach and Bro Show, Jonathan Coachman and Vince Russo discussed the current locker room culture compared to their time on the road. During this, Coachman stated that there’s a possibility that The Role Model could face backstage heat due to her pulling the curtain too much on a popular platform. The former writer also agreed with the veteran’s statement.

“I also thought, and I hate that I think like this, is she going to get heat because she’s bringing up stuff that should not have been brought up backstage?” Coachman said.

Russo added:

“1000%, 1000%,” Russo said.

What’s next for Bayley in WWE?

After WWE SummerSlam 2025, Bayley continued her journey on Monday Night RAW and reconciled with Lyra Valkyria in the coming months. The two became a formidable team in the women’s division and are now chasing The Kabuki Warriors’ championship gold.

Elsewhere, The Role Model hasn’t entirely planned out her career as an in-ring performer or her eventual retirement. Speaking on Six Feet Under with The Undertaker, the multi-time WWE Women’s Champion stated she wants to help others grow in their careers and would like to contribute backstage in any way possible, like with creative, producing, or coaching talent.
