Bobby Lashley made a reference to his time in the WWE while he is on a hiatus from AEW TV. The All-Mighty has been out of action for nearly two months now.
Bobby Lashley made his move to AEW in 2024 as a member of The Hurt Syndicate faction alongside MVP and Shelton Benjamin. The faction dominated the roster for months, but Lashley is currently on a hiatus since his last match in November due to injury. While being out of action, The All-Mighty recalled his time in the Stamford-based promotion.
Lashley had two separate runs in the Sports Entertainment Juggernaut, as he started his wrestling career there from 2005 to 2007 before returning to the company in 2018. Meanwhile, Bobby remembered the Money in the Bank ladder match from WrestleMania 22 in 2006, in which he was one of the competitors.
The former WWE World Champion shared the clip of the ladder match on his recent Instagram story and mentioned other competitors in the match, such as Ric Flair, Shelton Benjamin, Rob Van Dam, Finlay, and Matt Hardy. Van Dam ended up winning the whole thing.

Latest update on Bobby Lashley’s AEW future
Bobby Lashley last competed in the Casino Gauntlet match for the AEW National Championship at Full Gear 2025, where he failed to get the win. He was feuding with Ricochet and The Demand, along with his Hurt Syndicate stablemates. However, The All-Mighty had to be sidelined due to an injury.
Meanwhile, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com provided an update stating that Lashley’s absence from action was expected to be shorter some time before, hinting that he may be out for longer now.
Fans will have to wait and see when the former WWE World Champion will be back on AEW TV.
