Lamar Jackson made sure to suppress the noise surrounding his future in Baltimore. However, the uncertainty around the Ravens quarterback is not going away anytime soon.
Just 3 days after Jackson clarified a viral social media post that linked him to the Las Vegas Raiders, ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio offered some bad news for the 2 times NFL MVP over his long-term future in Baltimore. Speaking on Yahoo Sports Daily, Florio said,

“I don’t think it’s a given Lamar Jackson is gonna be back with the Ravens,” Florio said on Yahoo Sports Daily. “I think there’s still a chance that Lamar Jackson decides it’s time for a fresh start for him, too.”

Jackson dismissed speculation linking him to the Raiders on Friday.
The Ravens’ decision to fire Harbaugh after 18 seasons was viewed by many as a move designed to reset the organization around Jackson following a disappointing 2025 campaign. Instead, Harbaugh quickly landed on his feet with the New York Giants, leaving Baltimore facing more questions than answers.
