“I got fired,” says former WWE Universal Champion

Former WWE superstar Braun Strowman has been quite vocal about his release from the company and how things didn’t work out between them during the last few months of his run. The star recently took a shot at the company months after parting ways with the company.

A wrestling page, Wrestlecartel, recently made a post on Instagram, addressing the Janel Grant – Vince McMahon controversy. The page posted details of the gifts McMahon had given to Grant from 2019 to 2021, before the lawsuit was filed. While fans were surprised to see the list of gifts that the former Chairman of the company had given to Grant, Braun Strowman couldn’t hold back as well.

Commenting on the same post, Strowman took a shot at the Triple H-led company, and specifically Vince McMahon, stating that he was gifted the news of his release from the former owner of the company.

“I got fired!! 🤷‍♂️lol,” he wrote.

Braun Strowman launched a new venture following WWE release

Months after his release from WWE, Braun Strowman has now launched a new venture. The former Universal Champion teamed up with his partner, Nick Antonicelli, to launch a production company, Meat Castle Media. Apart from the new venture, the star has also featured in the first season of Everything on the Menu, and has done an incredible job in it. The show has been renewed for a second season.

With the star working on new ventures outside the professional wrestling industry, it doesn’t seem like Strowman has any plans to return to the squared circle. While the star has not made any official comments on his wrestling future, time will tell what the star has planned for his professional wrestling future.
