Welcome, everyone, to the Caterpillar fireside chat at the Barclays Industrial Select Conference. I’m Alex Kapper, Vice President of Investor Relations for Caterpillar. We just want to make a few quick reminders before we get started.

So the format of this session here is going to be a hybrid between a little bit of remarks from Andrew as well as some questions from myself. Yes. Thanks, Adam, and good morning, everybody. Let me just start quickly just to recap a little bit about our strategy. So just to remind you, definition of winning is
