On February 21, BTS’ Taehyung hosted a live session on Weverse. During the stream, the singer performed a brief portion of Look at Me Now. The track was originally released by Chris Brown in collaboration with Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes. The selected verse contains explicit wording and direct references to critics.
While reciting the line, the artist momentarily reacted to the phrasing. The segment was completed shortly after. The broadcast then continued without interruption. However, clips from the livestream quickly circulated across social media platforms.
As the footage spread, online discussions intensified. Several supporters interpreted the lyric choice as an indirect reply to ongoing detractors. Because the verse addresses haters directly, many viewed the selection as intentional.
“CLOCK IT TAEHYUNG,” an X user commented.
Many are saying that the K-pop idol “clocked down” the haters within seconds and went live just to address them.
Fans continue praising him for clapping back at the haters.
Taehyung reveals new home in Weverse live
During the February 21 Weverse broadcast, V of BTS confirmed a recent move to a different residence. The singer informed viewers about the relocation and stated he missed ARMY. Therefore, the livestream doubled as both a greeting and an update. A brief walkthrough followed, presenting sections of the new interior. However, one artwork in particular drew attention.
The newly displayed bear painting belongs to the “Love Bite” collection by UK painter Alison Friend. The piece portrays an anthropomorphic bear clutching a melting ice cream cone and is often referred to as “Mr Three Scoops.” Friend’s artistic approach blends techniques inspired by Old European Masters with playful and slightly mischievous imagery.
Moreover, the livestream also highlighted a newly introduced plant, along with other favored artworks arranged inside the home. Shortly after clips from the broadcast circulated online, Friend addressed the moment through an Instagram story. The painter shared that direct messages began arriving unexpectedly, informing her that the ice cream-loving bear had appeared during @thv’s live session. She conveyed her surprise and appreciation, acknowledging the artwork’s placement in the new home.
In other news, Taehyung recently addressed the situation after his private KakaoTalk conversations with Min Hee-jin. The chats were submitted as “evidence” in an ongoing legal dispute involving HYBE. Through an Instagram statement, he explained that his remarks were never meant to show support for either side of the conflict. Reports indicated that the conversation touched on plagiarism debates connected to NewJeans and ILLIT.
