Congratulations to AEW star Ricochet!

The top AEW star Ricochet surpassed a major milestone, and congratulations go out to him regarding the same. The Future of Flight also reacted to his milestone through social media.

Following his departure from the WWE in 2024, Ricochet made his move to All Elite Wrestling. Within months following his debut, The Future of Flight shockingly turned heel and has managed to do great work as the annoying TV character. He later formed a faction, ‘The Demand,’ alongside Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun.

At Full Gear 2025, Ricochet became the inaugural AEW National Champion by winning a Casino Gauntlet match. He went on to defend his National title in and outside Tony Khan’s promotion, including NJPW, RevPro, and CMLL. Meanwhile, Ricochet has surpassed 100 days as the National Champion.

A fan on the X social media platform shared a post mentioning how Ricochet has successfully defended his title against the likes of Jack Perry, Ace Austin, Dalton Castle, Titan, Nino Bryant, and Taiji Ishimori on Dynamite, Collision, ROH, CMLL, RevPro, and NJPW, respectively. Ricochet took notice of the fan’s post and reacted with a ‘goat’ emoji.

Ricochet teased the AEW arrival of his wife and ex-WWE star

The former WWE ring announcer and Ricochet’s real-life wife, Samantha Irvin left the Stamford-based promotion in 2024 and has yet to be on a major pro wrestling programme. Speaking with Adrian Hernandez, Ricochet teased Samantha possibly joining him in AEW this year or next year:

“She [Samantha Irvin] and I have chemistry together. I think whether it’s good or bad, we’ll be able to get reactions out of people. We’ve already proven we can get reactions out of people off of little to nothing. A heel Samantha on camera—she’s been an actress her whole life […] I’m excited to see it, and excited for the world to see it too. Who knows if that’s going to be this year, next year, or whenever,” Rico said.

Only time will tell if Samantha Irvin will be seen alongside her husband in All Elite Wrestling.
