Prominent streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel abruptly ended his latest livestream after falling sick from apparent exhaustion during a training session alongside fellow streamer Nicholas “Jynxzi” for the Sidemen Charity Match 2026. The incident occurred during his April 16, 2026, Twitch broadcast. Midway through the training session, he took a break and sat down on the ground, visibly struggling to continue.
Jynxzi was seen trying to assist him, offering electrolytes and water to help him recover. Mentioning that he needed to puke, xQc stated that he had already vomited twice there:

Jynxzi seems shocked to learn that xQc drinks half a bottle of water in a week
During the same livestream, xQc also disclosed that he never drinks water. He described himself as “more of a lemonade type guy,” prompting a visibly surprised reaction from Jynxzi, who insisted that proper hydration, especially water, was essential during training.
xQc said that he was not even carrying a bottle of water:
“(“How much water do you normally drink?” asked Jynxzi.) None. (You don’t drink any water?) Nah. (Never?) I’m more of a lemonade type guy. (Bro, no water ever?) Nope. (Oh, Jesus.) Lemonade goes hard though. (“No, no. Like, you don’t even have like a bottle?” asked Jynxzi.) Nah, nah. (No, no, no. Oh, this is bad.) Oh, yo. xQc further claimed that he consumes only about half a bottle of water in an entire week:
“(“Even a couple, especially before the, before the game. You might die. So like how many bottles of water do you drink in a week?” said Jynxzi.) Like a half maybe. (Oh my god. Bro, are you serious?) Yeah. (Half a bottle of water in a week?) Yeah, man.”
xQc went on to explain that, instead of drinking water, he relies on consuming other beverages to stay hydrated, doubling down on his admission about minimal water intake.
“Half of, half of those are, I have like Essential that I, I have one next to my bed. I drink like half of it but I drink a lot of this other s*** though. Like it’s because you don’t drink water that you don’t get dehydrated, you know what I mean? Like if you get lemonade, it has water in there, like most of… Yeah.”
In other news, xQc and Pokimane clashed over the latter’s use of the term “victims” while discussing the alleged allegations against Sykkuno, with xQc questioning who exactly those victims were and urging more precise language.
