Alorah Ziva details serious accusations against Clavicular
According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Alorah Ziva, who said she first met Clavicular at the age of 16, believed that working with the streamer would help expand her reach and establish her as a prominent female figure within the looksmaxxing community. According to her, the internet star paid her $1,000 to produce video content and presented her as the “female face” of his brand.
The influencer also claimed that Clavicular once arranged a meeting with her at his parents’ house in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where “excessive amounts of alcohol” were served, and she ended up being intoxicated.
According to her account, Clavicular then engaged in sexual activity with her while she was unable to give consent. A similar incident allegedly occurred the following morning without her permission.
Another major allegation in the lawsuit relates to a livestream incident. Alorah Ziva claimed that Clavicular injected her face with Aqualyx without proper consent or medical qualifications. According to her, he insisted on adding methamphetamine to the injection.
Alorah Ziva further alleged that Clavicular attempted to damage her credibility, which she said resulted in the loss of brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
Alongside the core accusations of battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, Alorah Ziva also accused Clavicular of using her name and likeness without authorization. She is seeking financial damages exceeding $50,000 through the lawsuit.
In a statement cited by TMZ, Alorah Ziva’s legal team said:
“The allegations in the complaint speak for themselves. We look forward to hearing from Mr. Peters’ attorneys.”
In other news, Clavicular’s YouTube channels were reportedly taken down, possibly in connection with content involving the promotion of peptides to teenagers and young men.
