Major WWE star reveals exercise routine!

WWE is headed to Florida for Backlash 2026, and one major star revealed his workout routine ahead of the premium live event.

Earlier this year, Logan Paul became a full-time performer for the Stamford-based promotion and appeared regularly on the red brand alongside The Vision. Moreover, The Maverick has showcased his insane physical transformation as an athlete, and it doesn’t seem like Paul has any plans to lose his gains while being on the road with the roster.

Recently, he addressed a tweet on X when a fan asked him about his workout routine. Logan Paul, in character, retweeted his workout routine. The message was a subtle reference to One Punch Man’s training regimen, and Paul also integrated his energy drink, Prime, into it. Logan Paul is feuding with popular tag team on WWE RAW

Earlier this year, Logan Paul and Austin Theory formed a tag team when Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed went on an injury hiatus. The Vision was relegated to a tag team act, and the two feuded with The Usos on the road to WrestleMania 42 on Monday Night RAW.

Later, Paul and Theory captured the World Tag Team Championship on WWE RAW in Madison Square Garden when they defeated The Usos. Regardless of their championship win over the twins, the two teams continued their feud, which turned into a six-man tag team match at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

After The Vision and IShowSpeed lost at WrestleMania 42, The Maverick blamed Speed and turned on him. The trio helped Speed to even the odds and put Paul through the announcer’s desk. Later, Joe Hendry targeted the current champions and wrote a song about Logan Paul on WWE RAW.

Lately, The Vision is regaining momentum following Bron Breakker’s return to the brand. Meanwhile, Paul and Theory are feuding with Street Profits on WWE RAW. The champions will eventually have a match and will put their titles on the line against Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford.
