“Josh is Such a Hater”: Knicks Fans in Sitches as Josh Hart Side Eyes Jalen Brunson and Wife Ali Brunson’s Romantic Moment

The New York Knicks secured the Eastern Conference title in style on Monday, blowing out the Cleveland Cavaliers 130-93 and completing a series sweep. The post-game celebrations offered multiple highlights, including a hilarious Josh Hart reaction, where he appeared to side-eye a romantic moment between Jalen Brunson and his wife, Ali Brunson.

Fan handle KnicksNation shared an image of Ali Brunson celebrating the win with her husband on X (formerly Twitter). The picture also featured Hart in the background, who seemed unimpressed by the couple’s public show of affection.

“Jalen Brunson last night hugging his wife, Ali. Look at Josh 🤣,” KnicksNation captioned the post.

In the image, Hart appeared to be side-eyeing the couple, who were seen locked in a warm embrace. The forward’s reaction had Knicks fans in stitches, who joked that he was giving off “hater” energy.

@KnicksNation Josh is such a hater 🤣

@KnicksNation Like a jealous ex lol

@KnicksNation I love how much of a hater/bully this nigga is man lmao

While most fans enjoyed Hart’s priceless reaction, others showed love to the bond he shares with Brunson.

@KnicksNation These two are literally brothers, I love it 😂😂😂

@KnicksNation I love their relationship. Legit brothers from another mother

Having shared a locker room at Villanova during their collegiate days, the duo has come a long way since and seems to carry a strong bond to this day. Monday’s win adds another layer to their relationship, as they secured their first Conference title as teammates in the NBA, a decade after their NCAA win.

Both men were instrumental for New York during their run to the NBA Finals. While Brunson was the frontman for the Knicks, leading the team in points and assists, Hart offered grit and resilience, leading his team in steals in the postseason.

He also dropped a career playoff-high 26 points in Game 2 as the Knicks completed just the second ECF sweep of this decade. The duo will now hope to add an NBA title to their resume as the Knicks will play their first NBA Finals in 26 years.

Josh Hart reflects on sharing the Eastern Conference title moment with former college teammates

The New York Knicks clinched the Eastern Conference title on Monday, led by former Villanova teammates Mikal Bridges, Josh Hart, and Jalen Brunson.

During the post-game interview, Hart reflected on sharing such an experience with his former college teammates, showing love for them with a heartfelt message.

“Yeah, it’s something that is surreal,” Hart said (Timestamp: 6:56). “It’s always something you talk about and dream about, but, you know, reality is almost impossible. So the fact that it actually came to fruition is super cool.

“Obviously, this is not the ultimate goal, but, you just keep adding memories to that, and, you know, these are memories that we’ll have for a lifetime.”

The trio is now four wins away from being crowned NBA champions as they hope to enter a select group of players to have won both the NBA and NCAA titles.
