YouTuber Simon “Miniminter” has addressed the backlash surrounding the Eleven All Stars France vs England, and has spoken out on the possibility of a UK vs USA football match, featuring Sidemen and TheCoreBoys. For those unaware, the second edition of Eleven All Stars, hosted by Twitch streamer Mohamed “AmineMaTue,” premiered on May 24, 2026.
However, some netizens on X were not pleased with the influencer sporting event, with one calling Eleven All Stars France vs England the “most rigged football game ever.”
“Sad part is, france was calling every VAR they could, yet england was just having fun. They could have easily called this but they didnt because its for charity. The most rigged football game ive ever watched” X user @ThePugception wrote.
“this doesn’t feel like a “fun” charity game at all, why was the entire crowd booing the uk players from second 1? i get that it’s a rivalry despite being a friendly match but come on man that’s just no fun and takes away from the achievement of setting this game up” X user @_sonjawo remarked.
“With all due respect this is complete bull… French wasting 10 minutes after every single goal. England can’t even have their 30 sec moment after scoring. This whole arrangement has only been focused on French, not international fans at all. What a shame.” X user @estwaay posted.
On May 27, 2026, a one-minute-16-second video from Miniminter’s livestream went viral on X, in which he addressed the “sentiment” surrounding the Eleven All Stars and implied that the British YouTuber collective would not participate in another international football match.
Miniminter said:
“Honestly, the event as a whole was unreal. Appreciate it. Appreciate the game. I think, based on just like the sentiment of the game, and like, the online feedback, I don’t know if we’re doing another one. ‘

During the same livestream, Miniminter expressed his desire to play in a football match between the UK and the USA, with the Sidemen taking on TheCoreBoys.
While claiming that TheCoreBoys members Stable Ronaldo, Jasontheween, Lacy, and Marlon are on “the exact same wavelength” as that of the Sidemen, the 33-year-old stated:
“I’ve seen TheCoreBoys are talking about one. Right? They keep saying, ‘Let’s do a UK vs USA one.’ And I’m not going to lie, if there was another country I’d want to play, not want to play in, but if there was another country I’d want to play, I do think, like, an American team versus us would be… because I think, as well as playing against, like, Ron, Jason, like, Lacy, Marlon, that lot, they would be on the exact same wavelenght of us.”
Furthermore, Miniminter suggested that the potential UK vs USA event could be a six-versus-six football match, which could be staged as “a massive thing.”
