Roman Reigns’ touching 9-word response after Jacob Fatu acknowledges him on RAW after Clash in Italy 2026

Roman Reigns officially has the Samoan Werewolf Jacob Fatu on his leash as he was officially acknowledged on the RAW after Clash in Italy 2026. Reigns had a touching nine-word response.

As you know by now, Roman Reigns won the Tribal Combat match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash in Italy. The stipulation was clear – if Jacob Fatu lost, he would have to acknowledge Reigns as his Tribal Chief, and join The Bloodline and serve him with honor. Many felt that even if Fatu lost the match, he wouldn’t comply, forcing Adam Pearce to fire him. However, that wasn’t the case at all. Jey Uso seemed annoyed about the fact that Jacob Fatu was late, but Reigns didn’t seem too bothered as long as he came out, which he did. Reigns told him that they could make it quick, but Fatu first had something to say.

Jacob Fatu told Roman Reigns that his entire life has been “L” (loss) after L after L. He said that taking so many Ls led him to where he was at that moment. He acknowledged that he had lost to his Tribal Chief and knelt to make it official. Reigns, for his part, raised him and said, “You don’t understand it now, but I love you,” to his newest Bloodline member.

What was interesting was that prior to this moment, Jacob Fatu would make one thing clear – he didn’t lose to Jey Uso. Jimmy Uso was levelheaded as always, while his brother was a bit of a loudmouth. Regardless, the new and refined Bloodline has now strenghened themselves in a huge way, and this could lead to a story that lasts for the next ten months if not more.

It’s always interesting to note when a big story is beginning, and this looks like the start of it.
