The Philadelphia Eagles traded wideout A. J. Brown to the New England Patriots on Monday. While there have been rumors suggesting that the receiver left Philly due to his soured relationship with Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, a claim about Brown’s alleged relationship with a massage therapist has surfaced online.
Later on Monday, X user Mansa Simba alleged that Brown and former Eagles linebacker Haason Reddick were seeing the same massage therapist romantically, although without the WR’s knowledge. The thread also claimed that a “QB1,” presumed to be Hurts, knew about the overlapping relationships but chose not to tell Brown, causing a rift in the team during the 2023 season.
Thanks for the submission!
On Thursday, former NFL running back LeSean McCoy denied Simba’s claims.

“Let me address this situation,” McCoy said on the “Speakeasy” show. “AJ has got a wife, and he’s a faithful dude. Jalen Hurts, he’s a faithful dude, too. … In Philadelphia, after a game, they don’t throw big parties. … So, these rumors are false.”

The Eagles traded Reddick to the New York Jets in 2024. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season, but is currently a free agent.
Brown and Hurts helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl in 2025.
A. J. Brown takes part in first practice session with Patriots

A. J. Brown, a three-time Pro Bowler, took part in his first practice session with the Patriots on Tuesday. The wideout was a full participant in positional drills and took a few reps during 11-on-11s.
The Patriots will hold their mandatory minicamp from Tuesday to Thursday, and Brown is expected to present for the drills.
New England made it to the Super Bowl last year, and Brown’s addition has given the franchise the belief that it could make it to the big game next season as well.
