It’s even more impressive that he has been able to hold his own against Lesnar over the past few months, who is just 28 years old.
Brock Lesnar has been a box office draw in both UFC and WWE in his career and continues to do so, with many believing his career could come to an end in a few weeks’ time.
Will Brock Lesnar finally retire at WWE SummerSlam?
Brock Lesnar is almost 50 years old now, and it seems that he is looking to wind down his career. The former World Champion is expected to walk away from the ring in Minnesota at SummerSlam following his match against Oba Femi.
Lesnar already faked his retirement at WrestleMania when he came up short to Femi, so it’s unclear if he will do the same thing again.
Lesnar has an attachment to Minnesota since that’s where he spent a lot of time when he was younger and in college. There were rumors he would be back for the show following Clash in Italy because the belief is still there surrounding his potential retirement.
Of course, there are still many WWE fans who are pushing for Lesnar vs Gunther, which could, of course, be his final match, but the issue here is that there wouldn’t be an attachment to the city.
Lesnar won’t be part of Saturday Night’s Main Event, but fans are looking forward to his response to Oba Femi, who has been vocal about his current rival on RAW over the past few weeks.
