Solo Sikoa is on a major upward trajectory as a babyface in WWE. Last week on RAW’s main event, fans saw yet another piece of absolute cinema when The Street Champion turned rebellious against The Bloodline, joining forces with LA Knight to lay hands on Roman Reigns and Co. As a result of Solo’s actions, a top Bloodline name could challenge him to a loser-leaves-the-brand match at Sunday Night’s Main Event.
On the Aug. 10 edition of RAW, The Street Champion lost a stipulation match against Jey Uso. As per the agreed-upon stipulation, Sikoa was to rejoin The Bloodline, but he chose to defy the condition and go all-in in a war against his own family.
Thanks for the submission!
Reigns will likely miss tonight’s RAW. In the OTC’s absence, the Usos could take over the Bloodline, once again making their own rules. Jey Uso could issue a massive challenge in front of Solo Sikoa, proposing a “Loser Leaves Brand” match. The Yeet Man could get Adam Pearce involved this time and get this match officially booked for the upcoming Sunday Night’s Main Event.
This stipulation match in The Bloodline saga would add another layer of excitement to the storyline. It could also intensify the ongoing internal tensions between The Usos and Jacob Fatu, where The Samoan Werewolf could once again be unhappy with The Yeet Man making major decisions without consulting the group.
That said, the angle proposed above is speculative, and nothing is confirmed yet.
Current WWE Champion reveals he was happy to see Solo Sikoa reject The Bloodline’s offer
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, one-half of the current WWE Tag Team Champions, Tama Tonga, said he was happy to see Solo Sikoa reject Roman and Co. because he wanted his former faction mate to stand on his own.
“I got so much love for Solo. I got so much love. I was very happy. I was happy to see that. I want Solo to stand on his own, to show that he can stand on his own. And I think this was a glimpse of him showing… him being defiant, that he can stand on his own,” he said.
With The Bloodline saga reaching a boiling point, the coming weeks could reveal the plans Triple H and the WWE creative team have in store for the family.
