New York Yankees icon Alex Rodriguez’s girlfriend Meghan Hayden continues to inspire her followers with her fitness routine. Rodriguez started dating Hayden this year.
Hayden, who is a professional fitness coach and personal trainer, often shares her workouts with her followers on social media. She collaborated with fellow fitness trainer Isoken Emokpae for an intense kettlebell workout session.
Emokpae and Hayden crushed the workouts while twinning in a sports bra and high-waisted leggings. She shared the video of their workout in an Instagram post, writing:

“We love lifting heavy and getting strong over here.”
Hayden, who is a former Division I athlete, was spotted with the Yankees legend at Michael Rubin’s annual White Party in the Hamptons in July. They started dating after Rodriguez parted ways with his ex-girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro earlier this year.
The Yankees icon’s girlfriend has built a career as a fitness coach after earning a degree in exercise physiology from the University of Miami. She has also collaborated with several athletic brands, including Under Armour and Athleta.
Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez reflects on his meal changes after MLB retirement
Alex Rodriguez has been away from baseball for almost a decade. Despite his retirement from baseball, Rodriguez has emphasized his health. In an interview with Men’s Health at his Los Angeles home earlier this month, the three-time MVP reflected on his meal changes since retirement.
“During my 25-year career, I ate a lot more,” Rodriguez said. “I used to eat six times a day — a lot of steak, a lot of potatoes, a lot of rice, beans. You’re burning so [many] calories when you’re playing 162 games.
“Today I probably under-eat, which is not good. I need to eat more, especially some healthy proteins, more fruit, more water and more fuel.”
Rodriguez said he loves to eat and has a “great relationship with food.” Although he is renowned for his illustrious stint with the New York Yankees, Rodriguez admitted that a ‘Dodger Dog,’ served at Dodger Stadium, is his preferred ballpark food.
