The Bloodline saga continues to expand on WWE RAW. The family group is currently involved in multiple storylines, especially after Royce Keys and OTM started targeting them.
With this expansion, Roman Reigns’ faction may get some new additions soon. With this assumption in mind, let’s discuss five stars who could join The Bloodline in WWE before 2026 concludes.

#5. Solo Sikoa
Though Solo Sikoa has already rejected a Bloodline reunion on RAW, the 946 faction could force him to rejoin the family. Royce Keys and OTM have already attacked Sikoa backstage on RAW, confirming that he isn’t safe.
If Keys and OTM continue to attack him, Solo will be left with no choice but to reunite with The Bloodline.
This reunion is likely to happen on the road to Survivor Series 2026. Ultimately, Sikoa may join Roman Reigns and his group in a WarGames match to take down the new heel alliance.
#4. Zilla Fatu
Zilla Fatu is currently part of the NXT brand, but he is expected to arrive on the main roster soon. The Stamford-based promotion also didn’t crown him the new champion at NXT Heatwave, suggesting he may arrive on RAW sooner than expected.
If that happens, the Chief Content Officer may directly place Zilla in the Bloodline saga, resulting in him joining the faction before the end of 2026. This would also strengthen The Bloodline ahead of Royal Rumble 2027.
#3. Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn dethroned CM Punk on last week’s WWE SmackDown to become a two-time World Champion. If Roman and Sami continue to remain champions until the upcoming Saudi Arabia show, they will lock horns in a match for the Crown Jewel Championship.
Zayn is a former member of Bloodline, and if Royce Keys and OTM disrupt this match, it could lead to a major reunion. Sami may temporarily join The Bloodline for a WarGames match and could accompany Roman Reigns and his faction into battle.
#2. Ava
Ava is The Rock’s real-life daughter and a former WWE star. The former NXT General Manager left the company. However, she recently revealed that her in-ring career isn’t over and that she misses wrestling.
If WWE wants to plant seeds for a potential Roman Reigns vs. The Rock match at WrestleMania 43, Ava could join The Bloodline in a surprise move. She could be a mole planted within the group, leading to The Final Boss returning and taking the Tribal Chief’s throne from the Head of the Table.
#1. Rikishi
Over the past few years, WWE fans have wanted Rikishi’s inclusion in the Bloodline saga, but it is yet to unfold. The Hall of Famer often reacts online to the family group’s storyline.
However, the Triple H-led creative regime could introduce him as the new Wiseman for Roman Reigns’ faction before 2026 ends. Rikishi could serve as the new Paul Heyman, because the Advocate is no longer associated with them.
The veteran star and the OTC combination could be legendary and escalate the storyline into even more family drama.
