Arioc’s Needle is one of the new Legacy Unique items added to Diablo 4. Unlike most Unique weapons in the game that enhance your skills or boost a known stat, Arioc’s Needle introduces a new stat to the game called the Deadly Strike. This item can be equipped by the Barbarian, Druid, and Spiritborn classes.

Diablo 4: Unique effect and affixes of Arioc’s Needle
Unique effect: Gain (35-50)%[+] Deadly Strike Chance. Your Deadly Strikes deal (70-100)%[x] increased damage.
The Mythic Variant of the weapon allows your Deadly Strikes to deal up to (91-130)%[x] damage and (46-65)%[+] Deadly Strike Chance.
Guaranteed affix: (Lucky Hit) Up to a 40% Chance to Deal 5400 Poisoning Damage over 10 seconds
So what is Deadly Strikes? It is similar to the Critical Strike bonus, meaning your attacks in this case have up to a 50% chance to deal up to 130% multiplicative damage on enemies.
Arioc’s Needle Unique Charm
Unique effect: Gain 50%[+] Deadly Strike Chance. Your Deadly Strikes deal (35-50)%[x] increased damage, with the Mythic variant capable of dealing up to 65% damage.
So, if you are planning on using Arioc’s Needle as a Unique Charm, you will get a much inferior version of the original item.

Diablo 4: How to get Arioc’s Needle
Like other Legacy Unique items like Leoric’s Crown, Stone of Jordan, etc., in Diablo 4 Season 15, Arioc’s Needle is also part of the general loot pool, meaning it can randomly drop from any and all sources in the game. However, higher difficulty makes it easier to farm Unique items.
The best way to farm Unique items from the general loot pool is to target loot-heavy activities in the game. These activities include Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, Kurast Undercity, the Pit, and lair bosses. Farming Helltides is considered the best way to acquire multiple Unique items in Diablo 4.
Waking Nightmares
Introduced in Season 15, Waking Nightmares pits you against Prime Evil bosses like Baal and Diablo. These bosses are known for dropping Legacy Unique items.

Best builds for using the Arioc’s Needle
Since Arioc’s Needle is a polearm, it can only be wielded by three classes in the game: Druids, Barbarians, and Spiritborn.
