Former WWE Superstar Braun Strowman usually stays active on social media, but he recently disappeared from it for a week.
The Monster Among Men ended his social media hiatus on September 20, revealing the reason behind his absence. Strowman stated that he was not allowed to bring his phone on the set of his show.

A video was recently posted on the star’s Instagram account in which he can be seen flaunting his impressive physique. The caption was seemingly written by his team.
“Adam asked if I would update all of his fans on ( in his words ) how freaking jacked he is!!! He still isn’t allowed much use of his phone but sent a few things for us ( the admin team ) to post till he can get back to gracing all of yalls screens!!!! Show him some love here to keep him going!!! I know he’ll love to see when he can. Thank you. Admin Team”
Braun Strowman confirms retirement
Braun Strowman has enjoyed plenty of success as a professional wrestler. He has had two stints in WWE. The first one lasted from 2013 to 2021. He won the Universal Championship from Goldberg at WrestleMania 36 during his first run. In June 2021, The Monster Among Men was released from the global juggernaut.
Strowman returned to WWE in 2022 and stayed with the promotion until 2025. Earlier this year, the 43-year-old revealed that he was “semi-retired,” but he has since announced his full retirement from in-ring competition.
Earlier this month, the star posted a picture of his physique and revealed that he was retired.
“Gracing yalls eyes. This is what a pro wrestler is supposed to look like and I’m retired lol. Now I’m the most jacked tv show host in history. You’re welcome lol”
Since his WWE departure, Strowman has been hosting Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman on USA Network.
