Courtney “Gorgeous Doll,” a prominent lifestyle influencer and TikToker, has alleged that Twitch star Kai Cenat paid her $200,000 to get an abortion following their alleged association. On October 4, 2026, Gorgeous Doll posted a five-part video series on TikTok, titled MY LORE The $200,000 Abortion The Kai Cenat TRUE Story.
In the first part of the TikTok video series, Gorgeous Doll claimed she and Kai Cenat connected in July 2023 and eventually got together in person for dinner at Nobu.
At one point, Gorgeous Doll claimed that she and the New Yorker were “sexually involved.”
She elaborated:
“So, me and Kai were [unintelligible] each other for a couple of months. Okay? We were dealing with each other, and we were sexually involved. Okay? We were sexually involved, and long story short, like I said … for me, him online versus him in-person were two different people. Like, when he was with me – calm, cool, collected. And he’d kind of made it as if this is his online personality, but this is not really him. Okay? So, I started to like him more. Okay? And I didn’t even question anything because, at the end of the day, how he carried himself was very mature, and I don’t know if it was just for me because, at the end of the day, like, I’m a boss *****. Like, I move a certain type of way.”
Gorgeous Doll went on to say that she and Kai Cenat got “pretty locked in” and added:
“At this point, we get pretty locked in, and we ended up sleeping together, and the protection broke. Okay? Now, the thing is, the protection broke at the beginning of the situation.”
Gorgeous Doll then claimed that she got pregnant with twins.
Gorgeous Doll claims Kai Cenat offered to pay her $200,000 to get an abortion
At the end of part two of her five-part TikTok series about Kai Cenat, Gorgeous Doll claimed that she presented the Twitch streamer with “two scenarios” regarding her pregnancy.
She said:
“Pretty much, those two scenarios goes as follows: I have the two kids, you’re buying me a house, you pay me $5k, I got a bag, I don’t want no crazy money. Pay me $5k a month; $2.5k each kid. Okay? You get me a nanny, and at the end of the day, you make sure you see your ******* kids. That’s it; that was Option A. Option B was: we go, we have these abortions together, and you’re going to pay me $100,000 per child. Yes. Because, I’ll be honest, I wanted them. I did. I wanted to have two twins. Like, I was like, ‘Wow! When will I ever be pregnant with two twins?’ Right?”
According to Gorgeous Doll, Kai Cenat responded to her by saying the following:
“He said, ‘I’ll pay the $200,000.’ I said, ‘Wow! Really?'”
In the next TikTok video, Gorgeous Doll claimed that Cenat “kept his word” by offering to pay her $150,000:
“I was so traumatized. I was emotionally ****** up. Like, I came home, I sat in the house, went through this whole abortion process, like, on my own, and this person that they wanted to be there for me, weren’t there for me. Now, at the end of the day, he did keep his word, but hold on – he ended up texting me and saying, ‘Can I just send you $150,000?’ I said, ‘It’s not even about the money for me. Go ahead.’ I gave you a discount, *****! So, for me, I’m just like, ‘Okay, cool.’ About a day or two later, the money is in my account. He sent the money. Okay, cool, great, whatever.”
As of this writing, Kai Cenat has not responded to Gorgeous Doll’s claims made in her five-part TikTok video series.
