Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival features two different endings, both of which depend on a decision made during the final moments of the story. You take control of Aidan Lynch, who ventures into the Labyrinth in an attempt to rescue his girlfriend, Sunny, from the Cenobites. However, the conclusion of his journey forces him to make a choice that determines his own fate.
The two endings in Hellraiser Revival are commonly referred to as the Stay ending and the Cenobites ending. Basically, one is the good ending and the other one is the bad ending. This does not mean one is preferred over the other one, but the “good” and “bad” refers to what happens with the protagonist.
One allows Aidan to retain his humanity, while the other involves accepting the Cenobites’ offer. Both endings also have separate achievements as well. Here is how to unlock every ending in Hellraiser: Revival.
How to get all endings in Hellraiser Revival

The ending sequence becomes available after you complete the Ritual of Rebirth and return to the apartment. At this point, the Cenobites present Aidan with a final opportunity to join them.
Unlike games where multiple endings depend on decisions made throughout the campaign, Hellraiser: Revival determines its two endings through this final choice. You do not need to collect special items or complete additional objectives to unlock either outcome.
1) Stay ending (Human After All)

The Stay ending is generally considered the better of the two outcomes, as it allows Aidan to retain his humanity rather than join the Cenobites.
To unlock this ending, you must remain inside the apartment during the final sequence instead of following the Cenobites through the opening in the wall. The Reverend Mother will be waiting on the other side, but you should avoid approaching her.
Eventually, the opening will close, confirming Aidan’s decision to reject the offer. He remains with the Merchant and is given an opportunity to continue his life outside the Cenobites’ influence.
However, this ending does not result in the reunion with Sunny that Aidan originally wanted. Instead, it presents a conclusion in which he must accept what has happened and move forward. Completing the Stay ending unlocks the “Human After All” achievement or trophy.
2) Cenobites ending (Experience Beyond Limits)

The Cenobites ending is the alternative outcome and is generally considered the bad ending because Aidan gives up his humanity. To unlock this ending, you must follow the Cenobites through the opening in the apartment wall before it closes. Rather than remaining with the Merchant, approach the Reverend Mother and accept the invitation to join them.
This decision changes Aidan’s future, as he chooses to become part of the Cenobites instead of returning to an ordinary human existence. Despite his original motivation to rescue Sunny, accepting the offer does not provide the reunion he had hoped for.
Instead, the ending focuses on the consequences of his decision to join the Cenobites. Completing this ending unlocks the “Experience Beyond Limits” achievement or trophy. In both cases, you do not get back with Sunny. So in a sense, there is no actual “good” ending.
Can you unlock both endings in one playthrough?

Yes, you can unlock both endings without completing the entire campaign twice. Hellraiser: Revival creates a final autosave that allows you to return to the last decision after finishing the story.
Once either ending has been completed, return to the main menu and load the final autosave. This will place Aidan back at the apartment, where you can make the opposite decision.
For example, if you initially chose to remain with the Merchant, you can reload the autosave and follow the Cenobites instead. Doing so will unlock the second ending. This makes it possible to obtain both “Human After All” and “Experience Beyond Limits” in a single playthrough, without having to repeat the earlier chapters.
