How to get additional stash house in ARC Raiders

Stash space in ARC Raiders is one of the most important things to manage, especially when you start collecting more weapons and crafting materials. The game initially gives you 64 stash slots, which can fill up quickly after a few successful raids. Fortunately, there are several ways to increase your storage space without having to get rid of valuable items.

With the Frozen Trail 2.0 update for ARC Raiders in October 2026, the maximum standard stash capacity has increased to 328 slots. You can also get additional space through Expeditions and the Nomadic Envoy trader.

How to increase stash space in ARC Raiders

The easiest way to get more stash space in ARC Raiders is to buy upgrades directly from your inventory while you are in Speranza. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Open your Inventory while you are in Speranza.
2. Go to the Stash section.
3. Look for the Expand option near the top of the stash.
4. Click on it to see how much the next upgrade costs.
5. If you have enough resources, confirm the purchase to get additional stash slots.

Previously, each upgrade added 24 slots to your stash, with the cost increasing as you purchased more upgrades. The original system allowed you to expand your stash from 64 to 280 slots.

However, the Frozen Trail update added two more upgrade levels, increasing the maximum standard stash capacity to 328 slots. The update also made changes to the currency system, so you should check the upgrade screen to see how much each expansion currently costs.

Expeditions and Nomadic Envoy method

Another way to increase your stash space is by completing Expeditions. These offer permanent progression rewards, including additional storage slots. Each completed Expedition gives you 12 extra stash slots, and you can earn up to 60 additional slots through this system.

However, there is a catch. Going on an Expedition means resetting certain parts of your progression, although the permanent bonuses you have already earned will remain available.

You can also get more stash space by trading with Ermal, the Nomadic Envoy, who was introduced in update 1.29.0. You can meet Ermal after reaching level 25. He offers several items in exchange for valuable resources, and his inventory can sometimes include stash expansions.

However, the extra stash space you get from the Nomadic Envoy is temporary and will reset when you leave on an Expedition. His inventory also changes every week, so you might not always find stash expansions available for trade.

If your stash is already full and you cannot afford another upgrade, you can recycle materials you do not need or get rid of duplicate equipment. This should give you some breathing room until you can purchase another expansion.
