TNA is the third-biggest wrestling promotion in the USA after WWE and AEW. The company recently held Bound for Glory 2026 in Tampa, Florida. It featured several high-profile matches and was well received by fans. A popular former AEW star made his debut in the company. But unfortunately, he lost his match.

Former All Elite Wrestling star Max Caster was in the Tony Khan-led promotion from 2020 to 2026. He is best known for his alliance with Anthony Bowens and Billy Gunn. The trio was called the Acclaimed, and they were a top team back then. Caster and Bowens held the World Tag Team Championship once. The trio is former World Trios Champions as well. The Best Wrestler Alive joined TNA after departing the Jacksonville-based company. He debuted against Moose at Bound for Glory. This was a good match, but the former World Tag Team Champion lost.

TNA released a statement during Caster’s in-ring debut.

“Max Caster is here! #TNABoundForGlory,” read their statement.

Max Caster said that he did not want AEW TV shows to get cancelled

Max Caster and Anthony Bowens appeared on Hey! (EW) in October 2025. In this interview, Caster said that he was never going to rap in the Tony Khan-led promotion because he feared it could get Dynamite or Collision cancelled.

“What I find annoying is that people love The Acclaimed so much that even though I do good now and people know ‘Best Wrestler Alive,’ ‘Let’s Go Max’, ‘Survive Five with the Best Wrestler Alive’, et cetera, they will still come up to me and go, ‘when is The Acclaimed gonna come back?’ When are you gonna rap again?’ The thing is, I’m not, first of all, I’m never ever gonna rap at AEW again. You see what’s happening to Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert for saying (bleeps) on TV, getting the shows canceled. Imagine if I get AEW Dynamite canceled or Collision canceled,” he said. Even though Caster’s All Elite Wrestling run was underwhelming, he might become a huge star in Total Nonstop Action. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for him. He is worthy of becoming TNA World Champion.
