AI Predicts BTC: Is the Bull Market Really Over?

Bitcoin lost almost $7,000 in three days and bottomed at $80,400 on Thursday evening. There may be roughly six explanations for this price movement. Claude AI predicts BTC stabilizes above its moving averages, because five of those six were one-off events that have already discharged.

On Monday, the setup looked entirely different. BTC was pressing $87,000, and analysts were pointing at $92,000 as the next target. By Wednesday morning, the market had turned. A $2,000 drop arrived in 20 minutes. Liquidations then reached $480 million in a single hour as Bitcoin broke below $81,000.

BTC trades at $83,132, up 1.68% on the day after reclaiming ground from Thursday’s low. The sixth reason is the only one still able to do damage, and the level that confirms this bounce sits higher.

AI Predicts BTC: Five Bitcoin Price Fears Expire, One Does Not

U.S. Government ARKM

The US government moved sizable holdings to Coinbase Prime, including 834 BTC. Lookonchain tracked roughly $1.5 billion in BTC and $62 million in WBTC deposited over 72 hours. MARA Holdings appeared to sell 996 BTC, worth over $81 million, on October 8.

Santiment logged the second-highest realized profit day of 2026, with over $1 billion secured. The yearly peak is $1.04 billion. That is also a discharge rather than a condition, and Santiment noted it does not guarantee a major reversal. Iran tensions rose after Trump said the US would not strike before the November 3 midterms. That headline cuts both ways and is already priced.

The sixth reason is different. Fed Governor Christopher Waller said more rate hikes are needed to reach the 2% inflation target. That one has a forward life. It reprices every risk asset until the late October meeting, and it does not resolve by being traded.

CryptoQuant chief executive Ki Young Ju framed the whole episode plainly. Do not confuse a bull market correction with a bear market.

Why Does the Fidelity Number Undercut the ETF Story?

Because the flow and the holdings are telling opposite stories. Spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $487 million in net outflows on October 7 and $244.13 million on October 8. That reversed a run of inflows stretching from mid-August through September.

Now look at where those outflows came from. Fidelity’s FBTC lost $197.09 million on October 8, roughly 81% of the entire day’s total. BlackRock’s IBIT shed just $5.54 million.

Arkham data shows Fidelity’s FBTC bought $354.1 million of Bitcoin over the previous 20 trading days. More than half of that accumulation unwound in a single session.

Yet Fidelity Custody still holds 445,551 BTC, worth about $36.72 billion. The flow turned. The position did not. The wider numbers say the same. Cumulative net inflows across US spot Bitcoin ETFs stand at $57.09 billion, with $104.91 billion in net assets, or 6.38% of Bitcoin’s market cap.

Two red days do not reverse that. They do show how concentrated this particular selling was.

Claude AI Predicts BTC Levels: What Confirms the Bottom?

AI predicts BTC

BTCUSD Chart 1D

Thursday’s low is the reference point now.

Bitcoin fell to $80,400 and bounced. The support shelf at $80,660 held on a closing basis, with the 50-day EMA at $79,794 sitting just beneath it.

Claude AI Predicts BTC will be decided at these levels:

  •  The floor: $80,660. Tested Thursday and defended. Losing it exposes the 50-day EMA at $79,794 and then $75,311.
  •  The trigger: $84,500. The reclaim level analyst EliZ is named on the 12-hour chart. Above it, the uptrend case continues.
  •  The ceiling: $87,145. Rejected four times in two weeks. Clearing it ends the sequence of lower highs.

Watch $84,500 before anything else. The bounce from $80,400 means little until the price closes back above it.

Fail there, and the fifth rejection becomes a lower high, which is how corrections turn into something else.

Bitcoin Holders Have Two Options. Bitcoin Hyper Adds a Third

Look again at what caused this week’s drop. Coins moved to an exchange and were sold. That is the whole repertoire. On its own chain, Bitcoin can be held, or it can be transferred somewhere to be sold. There is no third thing to do with it.

Fidelity Custody holds 445,551 BTC worth roughly $36.72 billion. Every satoshi of it sits still. Across all US spot ETFs, the figure is $104.91 billion, or 6.38% of the entire supply, and none of that capital does anything but wait for a price.

That gap is what Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) targets. The project presents itself as a Bitcoin Layer 2 with Solana Virtual Machine integration, bringing smart contracts and faster execution to the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Its stated features include a decentralized canonical bridge for BTC transfers and low-latency Layer 2 processing. The project claims its SVM integration outperforms Solana itself, a claim that comes from the project rather than independent testing.

The presale is priced at $0.0136872, with over $33 million raised. The core pitch is addressing Bitcoin’s slow settlement and lack of programmability while preserving the security model underneath.
