Travis Kelce brought his baseball loyalties to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, and NFL fans weighed in. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end arrived for Week 6 against the Los Angeles Chargers wearing a Cleveland Guardians cap.
The NFL posted video of Kelce walking toward the stadium. He wore a cream chunky-knit cardigan trimmed in red and navy, with a block “H” on the chest, over a light blue collared shirt. Medium-wash jeans and white sneakers completed the look, and the navy cap carried the Guardians’ “C” logo.
Thanks for the submission!
Although Patrick Mahomes, his quarterback, is a part owner in the Kansas City Royals, who play just steps from Arrowhead Stadium, Kelce, who is from the Cleveland area, is a minority owner in the Guardians. Cleveland was hosting the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 5 of the AL Championship Series at the same time as the Chiefs played.

Fans on X had plenty to say about Kelce’s outfit.
“I wish he was on the browns instead of the Chiefs,” one tweeted.
“Mr Swift. So brave,” another added.
“Worked out well for the Cavs,” one wrote, referencing his appearance with his wife, pop star Taylor Swift, at Game 3 of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 121-108 loss to the eventual NBA champion New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference finals.
Here are a few more reactions.
“Such a style,” one wrote.
“Travis Swift,” another added.
“He’s got his Guardians hat on!!” a fan tweeted.
Patrick Mahomes arrived in oversized cuffed jeans, a navy Adidas pullover, white Adidas shoes, and Oakley Eye Jacket Redux sunglasses. The Chiefs (4-0) were set to host the winless Chargers (0-5).
Travis Kelce’s investment in the Guardians

Travis Kelce joined Cleveland’s ownership group as a minority investor in May 2026, and he sat in the stands at Progressive Field for Game 5 against the Chicago White Sox during the Chiefs’ bye week.
The Guardians won 2-0 to reach the ALCS after dropping the first two games of the best-of-five series.
Kelce celebrated the comeback by saying, “You just gotta believe, baby.” He later described José Ramírez’s home run in the game as “one of the coolest moments of my life,” and he wore a Ramírez jersey that night.
On the field Sunday, Kelce needs one catch to extend his streak to 196 consecutive games with a reception, the longest active run in football.
