AHL Extends Jersey, Equipment Partnership With CCM – SportsLogos.Net News

If your jersey supplier deal ain’t broke, then the American Hockey League won’t fix it.

The AHL and CCM announced on Wednesday, October 1, the extension of their long-standing partnership, though neither side specified for how long. This means CCM will remain the official supplier of equipment and on-ice and retail jerseys for all 32 AHL teams for the foreseeable future.

“CCM is committed to deliver the best products in in the world. With leading R&D capabilities, we keep bringing the best innovations to the products for the game, and our partnership with the AHL plays a crucial role in that mission,” said CCM Hockey chief executive officer Marrouane Nabih in a press release. “We are proud to equip the league’s elite athletes with the greatest gear they need to perform at their best.”

“The American Hockey League’s partnership with CCM has been a critical component of the AHL’s business success for more than two decades,” added AHL president and CEO Scott Howson. “Its impact on our league operations on and off the ice cannot be overstated, and we are excited to be continuing to be part of CCM’s legacy as an industry leader.”

CCM will also continue to supply head-to-toe uniforms for AHL on-ice officials and will remain a sponsor of the annual AHL All-Star Classic, providing equipment, jerseys and locker room apparel for the event. The company will also remain a licensee for other headwear and apparel, including the championship hats and T-shirts given out to each year’s Calder Cup champions.

CCM was also the official uniform supplier to the Canadian Hockey League until Under Armour took over at the beginning of the 2025-26 season. That change has been plagued with delays and unpopular designs, mostly involving a contrasting panel with the UA logo on the back collars.

The AHL is celebrating its 90th season in 2025-26. The regular season schedule gets underway on Friday, October 10, with eight games on the docket.
