AHL’s Texas Stars Switch to Dark Mode for New Third Jerseys – Sports activitiesLogos.Net News

The Texas Stars have engaged dark mode for their new alternate jerseys.

The American Hockey League team based in Cedar Park, Texas, unveiled the new jerseys earlier this week on their social media channels. It’s the first time since 2011-12 that the Dallas Stars affiliate has had an alternate jersey in its wardrobe.

The sweater features a new logo on the front with the state’s postal abbreviation, TX, beveled in white and silver in the same fashion as their primary logo with green and black outlines. That logo sits on top of two horizontal stripes that run around the chest. Two green stripes also go around each sleeve, while a single green stripe runs along the contours of the hem.

A black-and-silver patch with a beveled star over a state map of Texas appears on the right shoulder, while a black-and-silver version of the original City of Cedar Park sits on the left.

Names and numbers on the back and sleeves are white with green outlines. The socks are black, with two green stripes around the shins. The collar is half-green and half-black, and the pants features three beveled star logos down each side.

The Stars’ primary jerseys have white and green bases with contrasting upper arms and their “TE⭐AS” primary logo on the front.

The Stars didn’t indicate in their launch materials how often the new jerseys would be worn or when they would make their on-ice debut. They open their 2025-26 AHL regular season with two home games against the Grand Rapids Griffins on Friday, October 10, and Saturday, October 11.
