A small airplane made an emergency touchdown on the Loudoun County Parkway close to Dulles Worldwide Airport Friday afternoon.

Virginia State Police mentioned it occurred at 12:50 p.m. No accidents have been reported.

The northbound lanes of Loudoun County Parkway are closed down within the space.

Video from Virginia Division of Transportation site visitors cameras confirmed the airplane in an intersection of the parkway surrounded by emergency response autos.
