AJ Styles makes enormous WWE announcement

Retired WWE star AJ Styles recently made an announcement regarding the future of the Stamford-based promotion’s programming.

Styles hung up his boots in January this year, after putting his career on the line against Gunther. He has since been a part of WWE in a non-wrestling capacity, helping the company behind the scenes. He recently took to social media to make an announcement.

In a post on X, The Phenomenal One announced the Road to Royal Rumble tour. He joked about wearing glasses, while urging fans to get their tickets. He said:

“What’s up guys, it’s the Phenomenal AJ Styles. You might not recognize me, I got my glasses on. But listen, I don’t want you guys to miss the Road to the Royal Rumble Tour that’s coming in Glasgow, Manchester, Dublin, 2025. It’s going to be phenomenal. Get your tickets!”

A former WWE star made a bold claim about AJ Styles recently

According to AJ Francis, who was known as Top Dolla in WWE, he is a better AJ than Styles.

Speaking in an interview with The Wrestling Classic, AJ Francis stated that The Phenomenal One was avoiding him.

“I think AJ Styles agrees with me that I’m the greatest AJ that ever stepped in TNA because if he didn’t agree with me, he’d actually do something about it, and he’s been ducking me for years. So I don’t think that he actually disagrees. I think he agrees I’m the greatest AJ to ever set foot in TNA. And you know, AJ Styles been ducking me for years,” he said.

He further added that even Avery Styles was ducking him:

“You know, Avery’s apparently ducking me because Frankie Kazarian’s telling him to. You know, maybe, just maybe, ducking is what runs in the Styles family. Maybe, you know, if it’s blood deep, blood in, blood out. Maybe they scared of AJ Francis on that family tree because they know I’d chop that motherf*cker down,” he added.

It remains to be seen if the WWE legend will respond to these comments.
