Alexa Bliss supplies replace following brutal assault on WWE SmackDown

Alexa Bliss couldn’t make an appearance at WWE Clash in Italy 2026 but recently provided a major update following a brutal attack on Friday Night SmackDown.

On the latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown ahead of WWE Clash in Italy, Alexa Bliss put Jade Cargill in her place when she went off at The Storm, which put her in a one-on-one match against the 33-year-old star. Unfortunately, the match didn’t go according to The Goddess, and she took a Jaded on a steel chair before the event.

Later, medical officials attended to Bliss, and Charlotte Flair was with her to provide support. It was due to his attack that she couldn’t make an appearance at Clash in Italy, and The Queen was forced to take on B-Fab and Michin alone, which ultimately led to a sneak attack on Flair during a backstage segment following the title match.

Today, the multi-time WWE Women’s Champion provided an update following the attack. Alexa Bliss tweeted she’s good, which indicated she will be back on television soon, and the attack from Jade Cargill wasn’t too severe. During her absence, Bliss showcased support for The Queen and Mami at the premium live event.

“Yeah I’m good 🖤,” Bliss tweeted on X.

It’ll be interesting to see what’s next for Alexa Bliss as Charlotte Flair is set to feud with Jade Cargill on the blue brand in the coming weeks.

Alexa Bliss officially retired popular WWE character

In 2020, Alexa Bliss joined the dark side when she teamed up with ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt on Friday Night SmackDown. Later, the two, as a duo, appeared on Monday Night RAW, and Bliss eventually betrayed The Eater of Worlds at WrestleMania 37. After Wyatt’s WWE release, the former Women’s Champion continued her dark persona on the weekly product.

In 2025, she returned to the company following her maternity leave, but didn’t revert to her old character. On Cameo, she clarified why Dark Alexa has retired from wrestling. The Goddess loved working as Dark Alexa and left the character out of respect for Bray Wyatt following his untimely passing in 2023 August.

Alexa Bliss gave up the character and paid respect to the late Bray Wyatt, which is why she didn’t revive the persona when The Wyatt Sicks were in the promotion.
