The second phase of Honkai Star Rail 4.1 consists of only one rerun banner. Since Ashveil’s warp even will carry over to this half, players will still be able to get him until the update ends. However, phase two will welcome an existing limited-time character and their signature Light Cone.

Characters

Phase two of Honkai Star Rail 4.1 will only feature one rerun character, Boothill. Players can now wait until the banner goes live to get their hands on this unit. Since the rerun will be active in a separate warp event from Ashveil‘s, players must select the right one before spending their Stellar Jade/Star Rail Special Pass.

Furthermore, three 4-stars will be featured across all phase two character banners, including the rerun one. That said, here are the characters Trailblazers can get during the second phase of Honkai Star Rail 4.1:

• 5-star: Boothill (The Hunt Path, Physical)
• 4-star: Moze (The Hunt Path, Lightning)
• 4-star: Asta (Harmony Path, Fire)
• 4-star: Misha (Destruction Path, Ice)

Light Cones

During the second phase of Honkai Star Rail version 4.1, the rerun character’s signature Light Cone, Sailing Towards a Second Life, will be available in its respective gacha banner. Moreover, the warp events will feature three 4-star LCs with a boosted drop rate. Hence, the chances of players getting the highlighted characters from the aforementioned rarity will be higher than the rest.
