Basic Mills has been hit with a class-action lawsuit claiming Cheerios accommodates a dangerous pesticide … which some offended clients say positively ain’t good for the center!
Within the docs obtained by TMZ, plaintiff Steven Epstein alleges that GM has been manufacturing, advertising and marketing and distributing the vastly common oat-based cereal model with out making it clear that it is laden with dangerously excessive ranges of a selected pesticide often called chlormequat chloride … which he claims unbiased research have confirmed to be current.
Within the docs, NY native Epstein says when he purchased a field of Cheerios from the shop in January, he had no cause to suspect that it contained chlormequat chloride based mostly on the product’s promoting, advertising and marketing, and listed elements.

Epstein claims that if he had recognized that Cheerios contained harmful ranges of the pesticide and the potential hurt that might outcome from ingesting it, he both would not have bought it in any respect or would have been keen to pay considerably much less for it.
