Texas DPS arrested four illegal aliens from Mexico in Maverick County earlier this week. They attempted to avoid being captured by masking their tracks by wearing carpet on their shoes. All four were charged with criminal trespass.

With the neglect of the border under the Biden regime, it has become a common occurrence for the DPS to track illegal aliens attempting to evade capture by hiding in the brush.
TGP had reported earlier this week that DPS troopers had arrested two illegal aliens traversing ranch land. They had used the K9 unit to cover about 16 miles of brush between the two dogs they used to find them.

Texas has been very successful in deterring illegal immigration under Operation Lone Star which was launched in 2021 under Republican Governor Greg Abbott. The State has used the Texas DPS and the Texas National Guard to detect illegals crossing into the US as well as apprehending those already in Texas. The operation also pursues cartel members and human smugglers as well as working to stop drugs, including fentanyl, from entering the US.
The US Constitution gives the United States Government the right and responsibility to prevent an invasion under Article IV, Section 4. The Biden regime has willfully neglected this duty for the past 4 years.
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.
President Trump has promised the American people that he will seal the border immediately after taking office on January 20th, 2025.
