The university was created by combining elite institutions, the Information Communication Institute of the National University of Defence Technology and the Officer’s Academy of Army Engineering University, into one concentrated weapon against the United States.
Xi Jinping personally ordered this AI warfare force to “effectively support combat operations” and “integrate deeply” into China’s joint operation system targeting American forces.
