Brock Lesnar shared that he felt bad about an iconic WWE moment in the past. The legend is scheduled to compete in a singles match at WrestleMania 42 next month in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Speaking on the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast, Lesnar discussed ending The Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WWE WrestleMania 30. The veteran noted that there were a lot of people who were angry at him following the match, but it was not his call.
Thanks for the submission!
“There’s a lot of people that are pissed that it’s me, but it’s not my call. And so my hats off to Undertaker, Mark, he’s a great guy. And at the end, it’s a business. It’s a give and take. And it was time for Taker to give — and it was a time for Brock Lesnar to take it,” said Lesnar.
The Beast Incarnate also noted that he felt bad about the moment because The Undertaker thought he was going to win before the decision was changed hours before the match.
“He’s coming to his [22nd] WrestleMania thinking that he’s going to win[,] and then two hours before we go on, the rug gets pulled on him. And so a lot of different emotions there, I’m sure. I was excited, but I also felt bad[,] too. Like, I’m the guy[,] and I get to be the guy,” he added. [H/T: ClutchPoints]
Oba Femi attacked Lesnar last week on WWE RAW and hit him with a Powerbomb. On last night’s edition of the red brand, Femi also got the better of the legend and Clotheslined him out of the ring. It has been announced that Femi and Lesnar will be squaring off at WrestleMania 42.
Brock Lesnar makes surprising admission about WWE career
WWE star Brock Lesnar disclosed that his accomplishments in professional wrestling meant nothing to him now that he has children.
During his conversation on the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast, Brock Lesnar claimed that all of his professional accomplishments were meaningless to him in comparison to his kids.
“For me, none of my championships or none of my accolades, they all mean nothing, boys. It means nothing to me. My kids are my legacy. I mean, in today’s dark-a** world that we’re living in, if you can come out and have good kids, I take a lot of pride in that. When parents come to me and say, ‘Man, your boys are really respectful.’ That pumps my tires, you know?” he said.
It will be interesting to see if Brock Lesnar can defeat Oba Femi at WWE WrestleMania 42.
